Yesterday was a great day for launching! Not too windy, no rain. Minimal cloud coverage. No crops. Great friends in attendance and of course, Lee Berry and the Mighty Merlin Missiles providing expertise and rocket supplies.
We had the prototype of the revamped launch controller for use in conducting the launch. It worked spectacularly! Great connectivity between controller and pad boxes and we are now able to conduct drag races!
I had to leave prior to the end of the launches so I do not have flight statistics.
Our April launch will be on 8 April instead of 15 April to allow those who desire to attend Thunderstruck as well as our own launch.
